Cold immersion belongs at the back of the sequence, not the front. The post-plunge rebound is most of what you are coming for.

Rest is a service.

Tea lounge minutes count. Most rituals benefit from a five-to-fifteen-minute finish, even when the price is zero.

Under-program your first one.

First rituals should leave you curious, not depleted. Add a service next time. Do not try to stack eight on day one.
