Can I use my membership at both locations?

Yes. Your membership works at Queen West and North York.

What happens if I don't use all my sessions?

Unused sessions don't roll over, but your membership is about building a rhythm — not maximizing a quota.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes, at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing date.

Is there a commitment period?

No. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No long-term contracts.
