Our RMT bodywork practitioners maintain active CMTO registration. Registration status is verified during onboarding and renewal, and receipts include the treating RMT details required by benefit plans.

Sauna, cold, light, breath, and sound practitioners are credentialed through their respective bodies (Soma Breath, NCCP, Wim Hof Method, and others). See /practitioners for individual credentials.

All staff are covered under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. Clearance certificates available on written request.

Every staff member completes Canadian Red Cross Standard First Aid + CPR-C and re-certifies annually. At least two certified responders are on the floor every shift.

Every incident — guest or staff — is logged in our internal playbook within 24 hours and reviewed quarterly with WorkSafeON.
